PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washstand in which a water discharge part is provided in a slidable state, and in which a washbowl is enlarged without making the depth and width of the washstand itself greater. SOLUTION: In the washbowl 5 which is provided in the washstand, a back wall part 1 is erected at a back end. A supporting rod part 4 is arranged in the wall part 1 in a state of protruding forward. Additionally, the water discharge part 3 for discharging water toward the washbowl 5 is slidably supported on the rod part 4.
