PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing case, in which a plurality of individually packed commodities are gathered to be housed and packed, that can display the commodities housed therein as they are without taking them out while a lid thereof is left opened and separated, the separated lid of which can be easily disposed of. SOLUTION: The packing case comprises a body part 2' that houses commodities therein, and a lid part 3' that covers the body part 2' by folding thereonto, both of which being continuously formed at their front face portions 4 and 5, with a portion between rear face part 11 of the body 2' and the rear edge portion of an upper face part 14 of the lid part 3' being fixed by a sticking tape T, with the communicating portion between the front face portions 4 and 5 having an incision 20 and with the rear face part 11 of the body part 2' having a fixing portion enclosed with an incision 21. When the commodities A housed therein are to be displayed, the lid part 3' is separated and removed from the body part 2' by cutting off the incisions 20 and 21, so as to expose the commodities A inside. The separated lid part 3' is spontaneously developed into a flat state.
