PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively safe and small opener for a pack bag, which makes it unnecessary for a user to look for a position of a cut, can be torn as soon as the cut is made, and makes it hard for a cutting edge to be soiled with a liquid in the pack bag and the like. SOLUTION: As soon as the cut is made, a part adjacent to the cut is held by being sandwiched between fingers via the opener. The length of the cut is made smaller in dimension than the width of a weld of the pack bag. The cut is made by using the cutting edges (6) and (7).
