PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turreted coil unwinding machine which is compact and is capable of smoothly connecting or disconnecting an unwinding drum so that it is excellent in operability. SOLUTION: In a turreted coil unwinding machine, two (2) unwinding drums 1a and 1b supported via bearing boxes 2a and 2b are placed oppositely on a turning base 11, and the turning base 11 is horizontally turned so that a coil 19a is unwound alternately. The tip of the unwinding drum 1a or 1b on one side to be used for coil unwinding terminals 1a, 1b is connected to drive equipment 9 located in a given place.
