The bottom of the cab is fitted with a support for the hinge action. This locates on a fixed part of the chassis mounting bracket (21) to form the pivot for the tipping action. A securing part (34) is fitted over the hinge to secure the fitting and the hoist is removed from the cab.The locating bracket has an open bearing providing simple location for the hoist supported cab. Alternatively, the location is a stub axle, with a bearing shell on a pivot mounting. The securing bracket has a part bearing shell and is secured by two bolts (39). |
