A water jet propelling device of a boat, wherein a rotating blade (16) havin g inducer articulated axial flow vane parts (16a), mixed flow vane parts (16b) connected to the axial flow vane parts without impact, and centrifugal vane parts (16c) connected to the mixed flow vane parts without impact are wound on the outer peripheral surface (15c) of a hub (15) having a gently sloped area (15c1) and a sharply sloped area (15c2) and continuously varying curvature, and the axial flow vane parts (16a) and mixed flow vane parts (16b) are woun d on the gently sloped area (15c1) and the centrifugal vane parts (16c) are wound on the sharply sloped area (15c2).
