PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lactobacillus-fermented rice composition by which compatibility and dispersibility of lactobacillus-fermented rice useful as an emulsion for cosmetics and quasi-drug, a base raw material or skin-bleaching and beautifying agent with water are improved, formulation operation is made efficient and homogeneity of the resultant product can be improved. SOLUTION: This lactobacillus-fermented rice composition is obtained by formulating lactobacillus-fermented rice with one or more kinds of substances selected from saccharides and glycols.
