The invention relates to a sweetener tablet, based on a combination of saccharin, cyclamate and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone, comprising: 5-9% by weight of saccharin and/or sodium saccharin, 50-80% by weight of sodium cyclamate, the weight ratio of sodium cyclamate to saccharin and/or sodium saccharin being between 8 and 15, 0.01-0.5% by weight of neohesperidin dihydrochalcone, 1-5% by weight selected from the group consisting of cellulose and derivatives thereof, starch and derivatives thereof, alginates, Group IIA and IIIA metal silicates, and combinations thereof, and the balance a food-approved filler. |
