PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyer for a roll baler which enables a continuous operation without clogging a conveying path in a conventional amount of har vest and in the case of clogging by an abnormal supply of the harvest, a torque limiter actuates in a state in which the compression of the harvest is easy to release and return operation to a normal state is easy to carry out without needing an operation set the harvest to escape to a cutter knife. SOLUTION: The front end of a bottom plate 30 of the conveying path is fixed and supported to a machine (a) through a connecting axis P1 in the conveyer 3 for the roll baler and the rear end side of the bottom plate 30 is connected to the bottom end of an actuator 5 top end of which is supported to the machine (a) and the bottom end operates up and down setting the bottom plate 30 to elevate and rotate centering the connecting axis P1, installs and supports a cutting knife 32 on the bottom plate 30 of the conveying path and installs the torque limiter (h) on a driving system of a conveying rotor 31.
