<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost coating apparatus for water paint, in which a misty water paint produced in the spraying by a spray gun is easily and surely recovered and recycled, ambient and working environment is not damaged and a duct is unnecessitated. SOLUTION: A coating material recovery part 3 having a bottom surface 3a inclined toward a recovery box is provided at the lower part of a spray chamber 2 in a closed type coating chamber 1, a coating particle recovery structure 5 having a tooth form combination shape and using inertia force is provided in the outlet side of the coating liquid recovery part 3 and a gas which is passed through a sawtooth shaped air passage 7 positioned on the water surface of a water tank 6 provided adjacent to the coating particle recovery structure 5, through a filtration filter 9 while striking on a baffle plate 8 and reaches a blower 10 is passed through a primary filter 11 and a secondary filter 12 in the upper part of the coating chamber 1 and introduced into the spray chamber 2 after a part of the gas flows out to the outside of the coating chamber 1.</p> |
