PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher processor which is manufactured at a lower cost and with which the number of times and the cost of maintenance are reduced. SOLUTION: A crusher processor 10 is provided with a crushing rotor 34 having a plurality of crushing blades on the cylindrical outer circumferential surface, and a fixed crushing member which is located outside the crushing rotor 34, collaborates with a crushing blade 36 formed on the crushing rotor 34 rotated by a motor, and crushes a material to be treated. The fixed crushing member has a plurality of almost planar fixed crushing plates 30 arranged almost in a V-shape at the lower portion of a crushing chamber in which the material to be treated is crushed, the crushing blade 36 of the crushing rotor 34 rotationally driven by the motor hooks and feeds the material to be treated. The material to be treated is crushed between the crushing blade 36 and the hole of the fixed crushing plate 30, and the crushed material is discharged from the hole.
