A holder 3 which can detachably hold respective stick shape member with cap in a direction coaxial along the pivotal shaft s and has at least two semi-cylindrical recess parts 3a with length to be a guide when the main body part of a cylindrical stick shape member is put into a cap is equipped in the storage case.
