PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide planting soil by utilizing concrete rubbles and acidic soil both of which are produced after wrecking a building, as vegetation base material. SOLUTION: The planting soil 1 is obtained by mixing acidic component- containing soil 2 with concrete rubbles 3; wherein the acidic component- containing soil 2 can be obtained by utilizing acidic soil resulted from digging acidic soil or strongly acidic soil, and alkaline components are rapidly neutralized even when a lot of concrete rubbles are mixed in the acidic soil because much sulfuric acid is contained in the acidic soil resulted from digging the strongly acidic soil.
