PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool for a stick, an umbrella, and others, which can easily fix a stick, an umbrella, and others not in use. SOLUTION: A ring part of conventional one with defects is made into a strap and once penetrated through the shank of a stick, an umbrella, and others and then restored to a ring shape. Structure in which a ring part (2) with an adhesive part (4) is brought in directly contact with a part (1) to be penetrated through the shank of a stick, an umbrella, and others instead of equipping a connecting part (3) is also devised.
