PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen dessert production apparatus capable of smoothly feeding sauce under pressure and designed to simplify a whole structure including a sauce container and improve operability. SOLUTION: This frozen dessert production apparatus has a sauce pressure feed device 2. The pressure feed device has an air compressor 51 and a well- closed container 53A for exchangeably holding a sauce container 54, raises the air pressure of the well-closed container with the air compressor and applies air pressure to the sauce container to feed sauce under pressure. The well-closed container has a container body 56 with an opening end to insert the sauce container thereinto, a detachable cover member 57 to seal the opening of the container body, a lower holder 61 set on the lower part of the opening of the container body and a stopper 58 abutting on the cover member from the outside the container body. The stopper has a top held on the opening top of the container body so as to freely vertically move rotatably in a given range and a bottom detachably engaged with the lower holder when descending and abuts on the cover member.
