PURPOSE: A system for a cyber secretary and a method thereof are provided to diagnose a body state and a biorhythm of a user, manage a general action of the user based on diagnosis information, and supply special knowledge by processing and analyzing video data of a photographed user face. CONSTITUTION: A network interface(110) is connected to a user terminal through a wire/wireless network(200) and processes a network data communication. An information input unit(120) receives user information and personal management information from the user terminal. A video data processing unit(130) receives video data of a photographed user face from the user terminal, executes a sampling and a quantization process, and processes a noise damping and a sharpness of a brightness and a color on face video data. A video data recognition unit(140) divides processed face video data based on a discontinuity and an area characteristic, expresses the divided face video data as a predetermined data format, and describes the expressed face video data through at least one descriptor and format. A video data interpretation unit(150) recognizes and analyzes the described face video data as face video objects and supplies corresponding user body information to the user terminal. A corresponding information supply unit(160) extracts and supplies the corresponding information to the user terminal. A database(180) stores and manages the user information, the personal management information, the face video data, and the corresponding information according to users. |
