METHOD FOR PROCESSING RETURNED E-MAIL BASED ON ONLINE NETWORK

PURPOSE: A method for processing a returned e-mail based on the online network is provided to automatically execute a base process necessary for a re-sending process of a real mail by a data transmitting/receiving link process of electronic modules, and to enable a user not receiving the e-mail to receive the necessary information correctly through the real mail. CONSTITUTION: If a returned e-mail receiving event is occurred, the e-mail return information is generated and a previously stored e-mail return list is updated(S3). It is judged that a request event for a real mail transmitting target list is outputted from a real mail transmitting personnel terminal(S4). If the request event is occurred, the previously stored user information is selectively compared and extracted based on the e-mail return list, and the real mail transmitting target list is generated based on the compared and extracted user information(S7). The real mail transmitting target list is outputted to the real mail transmitting personnel terminal(S8).
