<p>A combination therapy for treating patients suffering from pre-malignant colon lesions (e.g. polyps) and colon cancer, as well as other malignancies, is disclosed. The patient is treated concurrently with a cycloocygenase-2 inhibitor and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a microtubule interfering agent, an epithelial growth factor receptor tyrosine protein kinase inhibitor and a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor.</p> |
