PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling driving of an air conditioner and a heater of an automobile is provided to improve operatability of switches for the air conditioner and the heater during driving. CONSTITUTION: Part of switches(2) installed on a center fascia(1) for controlling driving of an air conditioner and a heater are installed on one side of a steering wheel(3) and electrically connected with the original switches in parallel to allow a driver to use the switches on the steering wheel instead of the switches on the center fascia while driving.
