PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing hair lines on metal plate is provided to improve working efficiency substantially by directly forming hair lines on the metal plate after buffing the metal plate, and improve quality of the metal plate by forming hair lines having uniform density and thickness on the surface of the metal plate. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is characterized in that a carriage equipped with guide rail (2) installed on a bed so that the carriage is reciprocated side to side of the bed, a processing die (7) is installed at the center of the bed so that the carriage passes through the processing die (7), the processing die (7) comprises a frame (9) fixed to a pillar, and a transfer plate (10) installed by LM (linear motion) guides (11) of the frame (9), the transfer plate (10) is equipped with a means which is returned after advancing a certain distance a little at a time for several time perpendicularly to a proceeding direction of the carriage, and sandpaper attaching member, fiber pad attaching member and a plural steel brush attaching members respectively equipped with pneumatic cylinders are installed on the transfer plate (10).
