<p>A gas separator fixing structure is characterized by comprising a gas separator (10) having a gas separation film (30) formed on at least one surface of a cylindrical base body (31) of porous ceramic material having an axial through hole (7), wherein a cover-like metal member (1) and an annular metal member (4) are compression-fixed to one and the other open end of the gas separator (10) through seal members, respectively, the seal members being gland packings (11, 12). It is possible to provide a gas separating device that hardly causes damage due to thermal stress to the base body constituting the gas separator (10) and hardly causes degradation due to heat cycle load in the airtightness between the gas separator (10) and a support supporting the same and that can be used under high temperature condition.</p> |
