RUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION

A water−soluble rubricating oil composition comprising an animal fat and oil and/or a vegetable fat and oil and a nonionic surfactant of a polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester. The water−soluble rubricating oil composition is excellent in emulsion stability and is reduced in the pollution of the environment, and thus can be suitably used as a metal working lubricant, such as a cutting oil and a deformation processing oil, and a releasing oil, such as a preventive agent for adhesion of an asphalt mixture and a concrete releasing agent.
