A display control device comprises a CRT control system for transferring a CRT transfer clock signal generated from a first stable clock signal having a constant period, a video data signal and a synchronizing signal to a CRT in accordance with the CRT transfer clock signal and an LCD control system for transferring an LCD transfer clock signal generated from a second clock signal the spectrum of which is spread from the first clock signal, the video data signal and the synchronizing signal to a liquid crystal display in accordance with the LCD transfer clock signal.
