PURPOSE: A vibration generator is provided to transmit vibration stably and evenly by extending the bandwidth of frequency with increasing intensity of a vibration signal and by reducing vibration with restricting an oscillating weight from being touched. CONSTITUTION: A vibration generator comprises a case(18) having a space; an upper case(11) fixed in the upper part of the case; a vibrating coil(12) fastened in the upper case; a grille(20) fixing the lower part of the case; a cylindrical magnet(14) installed vertically; a magnetic circuit composed of a yoke(15) and an upper plate(13) attached to the magnet to form the magnetic field, and placed in the lower part of the vibrating coil; a weight(16) fixed in the outer periphery of the yoke; a suspension spring fixed in the case to support the magnetic circuit and the weight; and magnetic fluid(21) arranged between the magnetic circuit and the plate for damping in moving up and down the suspension spring. Vibration is transmitted evenly and stably by extending the bandwidth of frequency with increasing the intensity of the vibration signal.
