PURPOSE: Provided is an exercise equipment placed in a room for whole body, especially for arm, leg and waste. One can exercise more systematically because momentum is read and noticeable. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises: a leg pad(1) and a guide rod(2); a seat plate(3) on the upper part of the guide rod(2) moving forward and backward; oars(4) at both sides of the seat plate(3); a speedometer(5) and a frequency recording plate(6) on the top of the leg pad(1); and a sensor part(7) on one side of the guide rod(2) which is connected to the speedometer(5) and the frequency recording plate(6).
