The invention concerns a material with drawing ability comprising, at room temperature, at least a mesomorphous fluid lamellar or direct hexagonal type phase, and at least a crystalline or amorphous solid phase, and/or a mesomorphous cubic or gel lamellar type phase. Said material has, at 25 DEG C in oscillation mode in its linear viscoelastic domain, a G* complex modulus ranging between 102 and 106 Pa and a loss angle ranging between 0 and 45 DEG . The invention also concerns a cosmetic composition with drawing ability containing said material, and a make-up composition as well as a make-up method.
