<p>A method for securing loads on a truck, e. g. crates of bottles, has a central longditudinal bulkhead fitted with guide rails on each side, near to the top edge. Adjustable bulkhead panels have a sliding fit on the guide rails and are secured into a locking position by clipping the inside edge into one of a number of securing grips on the outer faces of the central bulkhead. The operator is able to adjust the size of each side compartment to match the size of the load. No separate fastenings are required. The adjustable bulkheads are secured by the corners to the central bulkhead and to the floor.</p> |
