A drinks dispenser for standing on a table has a flange held above a base flange by at least two uprights. The flange is fitted to take a upside down and has a dispensing valve which enables users to tap off drink into glasses. The base flange sits flat on a table, or the system is supported on three legs directly on the table. The drinks container has a screwed connection withy the dispensing flange. A variation of the design can be wall mounted.
