The invention relates to a razor with two rows of blades meant for shaving and cutting the hair. According to the invention, the razor comprises a plastic handle (1) provided with a shaving head (2) at its upper part, said shaving head accomodating and supporting two blades (3) arranged in an alternative manner and moved in the horizontal plane of the shaving head by a spring (4) fastened between the eye of an auxiliary support (5) and the eye of the blade.
