The invention relates to a closing and sealing device for ensuring the integrity of conveyance of goods, such as the railway wagon or containers. According to the invention, the closing and sealing device for ensuring the integrity of the conveyance of goods comprises a metal body (1) which represents a first cylndrical seat (a) in which an end of the metral cable (2) is secured by means of the fastening sleeve (3) and of the stationary tablet (4), and a second tapered seat (b) parallel to the first seat (a) closed by means of the closing tablet (8), said tapered seat having mounted therein a tapered bush (6) strained by the helical spring (7), said bush (6) having on its upper surface some channels (d) accommodating some rollers (5), for example four, which press the other end of the metal cable (2), when this is introduced in the second tapered seat (b) ddue to the action of the helical spring (7), locking the metal cable (2) within the device.
