FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel and early unknown form of ranitidine hydrochloride showing property of H2-blocking agent. Invention relates to roentgen-amorphous form of ranitidine. Roentgen-amorphous form is physically stable and invention describes also method for preparing roentgen-amorphous form from its early known crystalline modifications. Invention provides preparing a novel roentgen-amorphous form of ranitidine hydrochloride showing the enhanced specific antiulcer activity.
