摘要 PURPOSE: A buffering method having a minimum delay for a dynamic writing voltage and a device thereof, and a CD-RW/DVD-RW system having the device are provided to obtain a current pattern of NRZ(Non Return to Zero) data and patterns adjacent to the current pattern for generating recording pulses of the CD-RW/DVD-RW system with a minimum buffering delay and minimum hardware. CONSTITUTION: A buffering device having a minimum delay for a dynamic writing voltage includes a pattern detector(10) for detecting a pattern edge and a pattern from NRZ data, a writing address generating part(30) for generating a writing address assigning a pattern buffer for storing the pattern in response to a writing enable signal generated by the delaying of the pattern edge, a pattern buffer(20) having a plurality of registers and storing the detected pattern according to the writing address, and a reading address generating part(40). The reading address generating part generates a reading address equal to the writing address in response to a reading enable signal delayed with respect to the writing enable signal by a delay time between writing and reading. A current pattern stored in the pattern buffer assigned by the reading address, is read together with two continuous patterns written prior to the current pattern and followed by the current pattern, and two continuous patterns following the current pattern.
