PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste goods procuring system for commercializing waste resources. SOLUTION: When a buyer 192 wishes to purchase goods E and transmits goods demand information 27 to a server 10, an information accumulation processing part 12 of the server 10 registers items such as an ID 73 (an ID of the buyer 192), an item 74 (goods E), a desired purchase price 89 (90 yen/m<3> ) of a buyer goods list (desired to purchase at present) of a waste goods information database 14 from the received goods demand information 27. An agency processing part 13 selects a seller 173 with goods of lowest cost for the buyer 192 from the desired selling prices 69 of sellers 171, 172, 173, and the like. The agency processing part 13 mediates price negotiation between the buyer 192 (desired purchase price 90 yen/m<3> ) and the seller 173 (desired selling price 100 yen/m<3> ), determines the sales price (95 yen/m<3> , for instance) and concludes a sales contract. |
