PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of freely setting an insulating state without being restricted by vertical or horizontal placing in the installing state of the device without being limited by the front surface or the back surface at the mounting position of a fan in the device such as a desk-top personal computer or the like. SOLUTION: The electronic device comprises a movable hinge for supporting one fan in a housing and capable of being disposed on a plurality of surfaces, a hole for the fan on the plurality of the surfaces of the housing, and a means for blocking the hole. In this device, the position of the fan is automatically brought to the surface of the hole which is not blocked.
