PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional peak factor reduction technique has large signal quality deterioration since a signal is varied over wide time width before and after a peak pulse. SOLUTION: Subtraction from the peak pulse is performed by using a compensation signal which is generated on the basis of the peak pulse and has impulsiveness. Consequently, signal quality deterioration caused in peak factor reduction can be suppressed small, thus peak factor reduction effect can be made larger with the same signal quality deterioration as before. |
