PORTABLE TELEPHONE AND THREE PARTIES SPEECH SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone and a three parties speech system requiring no extra circuit. SOLUTION: The three parties speech system comprises an encoding circuit 12 for converting a transmission voice signal 9 into data of voice communication protocol, and a decoding circuit 17 for converting received data of voice communication protocol into a reception voice signal 9. Transmission/reception with one opposite party is performed by carrying an ordinary voice signal 9 on a voice signal frame 8 and transmission/reception with the other opposite party is performed by carrying one's own transmission voice signal 9 as an encoded voice data signal on a voice data signal frame 16 to the opposite side and decoding an encoded reception voice data signal carried on the voice data signal frame 16 from the opposite side into a voice signal.
