PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degauss coil for CRT which can effectively prevent rattling, without being influenced by the dispersion in manufacturing and without attaching a tape, cushion parts, and other structural parts. SOLUTION: In this degauss coil 21, the periphery of a circular coil core material 23 constituted by winding a lead wire 22 being a conductor several turns is covered with a tape housing 24 constituted by winding an electric insulating tape spirally, and also the outside of the tape housing 24 is covered with a cover layer 25 made by foaming thereby having cushion property.
