PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler having excellent cooling capability or cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: The cooler 1 comprises a heating electronic component 3 opposed to the heat receiving surface 7 of a hollow unit 2 to dissipate a heat from the component 3 into a cooling air passage. The cooler 1 further comprises bolts 4 and nuts 5 for bringing the heat receiving surface 7 into close contact with the electronic component 3.
