SOLUTION: In this organization device for performing the organizing works for storing a plurality of pieces of advertisement information and for determining layouts of the respective pages by combining the pieces of advertisement information, it is characterized by providing a frame information storage means, an advertisement information storage means, a small frame embedded information storage means, an advertisement information arranging means for arranging pieces of advertisement information the size of which are fit to the respective small frames of a frame and a small frame embedded information arranging means for arranging small frame embedded information the size of which is fit to small frames of blank frames after arranging the pieces of advertisement information. |
