PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized circuit which can be linearly and finely adjusted. SOLUTION: The resonance circuit for high frequency electronic equipment is provided with a strip line 4 composed of a conductive layer formed on an insulated substrate 1 and an insulator layer 6 formed on the insulated substrate 1 to cover the strip line 4 and since a frequency is adjusted by changing the inductance of the strip line 4 by changing the thickness of the insulator layer 6, forming of the insulator layer 6 on the strip line 4 enlarges equivalent inductance. Thus, the full length of the strip line 4 can be shorter than a conventional circuit and the miniaturized resonance circuit can be provided.
