PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license management device and license management system, capable of granting a license in each function of an operation function execution unit to make a license contract according to the frequency of use, or contribute to smooth use of each function. SOLUTION: The number of licenses for using the operational functions set in each operational function of a plurality of operational function executing units 4 to 6 is stored, and as a user requests a desired operational function, it is discriminated whether the number of now used corresponding operational functions reaches the number of licenses or not. According to the discrimination result, it is decided whether the use of the operational function requested to be used is permitted or not. Thus, when the user purchases the number of licenses for the amount depending on the frequency of use in each operational function, the economic load corresponds to the use of frequency. |
