PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone antenna housing tube, in which a large quantity of water-proof antenna housing tubes can be stably supplied, sealed parts in various forms can be easily prepared, recycle is enabled and an electromagnetic wave shield effect can be easily applied even without changing the dimension or form of the antenna housing tube. SOLUTION: In the tube for housing the antenna of a portable telephone, one end of the tube composed of conductive polymers with a peculiar electric volume resistance value of <=106 Ωcm is sealed by thermal fusion appropriately. In such a portable telephone antenna housing tube, thermal fusion into arbitrary form is enabled by using a heated working plate and changing the form of that working plate.
