<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication device capable of preventing an IC card from being stolen and damaged by requiring the input of authentication information at the time of taking out the IC card and permitting only a person knowing the authentication information to take out the IC card. SOLUTION: The information communication device is provided with a card storage means 11 for storing an IC card 40, a card locking means 13 for locking the card 40 stored in the means 11 so as notable to take out it, a companion card communication means 14 for communicating with the card 40 stored in the means 11, a storage means 17 having previously stored prescribed authentication information, an operation means 18 for inputting the authentication information when a user intends to take out the card 40 from the means 11, and a control means 19 for checking whether the authentication information inputted through the operation means 18 has been previously stored in the storage means 17 or not, and when the information has been stored in the means 17, an instructing the means 13 to unlock the card 40.</p> |
