PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer container which can be filled with mush toner in a short time even when a member which disturbs filling with the toner exists in the projection range of an aperture through which the container is filled with the toner without increasing the number of parts, and a process cartridge and an image forming device using the container. SOLUTION: In the typical constitution of the developer container, the process cartridge and the image forming device, the developer container 25 storing developer and supplying it to a developing means has the aperture 42 through which the container is filled with the developer, a light transmitting window member 26 provided to make light pass in the container 25, and a developer carrying means 28 for carrying the developer in the container 25 and it is characterized in that at least a part of the window member 26a or the developer carrying means 28 enters the projection range N of the aperture 42, and the surface of the entered part on the aperture 42 side is formed to be slopes M1' and M2' having the angle of 45 deg.±15 deg. to the dropping direction of the developer with which the container is filled from the aperture 42. |
