PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer transporting device and an image forming apparatus in which the scattering of powder at a destination, etc., can be greatly reduced without spoiling the merits of a transporting method by air. SOLUTION: A toner hopper 15 and an air pump 40 are mutually communicated and the air from the air pump 40 is circulated so that it is returned to the air pump 40 through a toner storing container 20 and the toner hopper 15. |
