<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element which has superior migration resistance, leak resistance, and arc discharge resistance. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element has a piezoelectric body 1 and electrode bodies 2 and 2' made of a silver alloy and also has a sulfirized film at the surface part of an electrode body forming at least the outer circumferential surface in the circumferential direction of the piezoelectric element. This piezoelectric element has improved leak resistance, arc discharge resistance, and migration resistance.</p> |
