PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supporting mobilization of intellectual property rights that mobilizes intellectual property rights and supports financing of interested companies and the like by combining at least one intellectual property right to create a new fund. SOLUTION: The method is provided with the fund comprising at least one intellectual property right used as a distribution unit, subject to right transfer and/or right setting and/or trust setting from an initial right holder. The fluid issues an asset backed security according to issuance conditions of the asset backed security previously defined, receives investment fund from an investor who invested with respect to the asset backed security, pays the received investment fund to the initial right holder, receives principle and interest of the asset backed security from the initial right holder, and pays the principle and interest received from the initial right holder to the investor according to the issuance conditions and the received principle and interest. |
