PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding apparatus for a motor which can wind a wire at a precise winding position. SOLUTION: A middle part of a wire A, paid off from a nozzle 1 which repeats a vertical motion and an oscillatory motion at the end of the vertical motion, is retained by a hook 30, the hook 30 retaining the wire A is transferred to the wiring position of a wound part, which is a tooth W2, the wire A is released from retention by the hook 30 at the winding position, and the released wire A is guided to the wound part by a shutter 4, comprising a plate 40 in contact with the wound part.
