PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for a storage medium to be inserted to and ejected from a main body which safely holds the heavy storage medium having a low impact resistance like an HDD and positions it when inserting/ ejecting it. SOLUTION: Impact buffering materials 3 are attached to corner parts of a storage medium 2 to be inserted to and ejected from the main body 1 so that the impact buffering materials 3 may be interposed between the storage medium 2 and the main body 1 with the storage medium 2 loaded in a fixed position of the main body 1.
