PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer carrying device, developing device, and image forming device that achieve a cost reduction, miniaturization and, at the same time, are capable of carrying an adequate amount of developer required for development toward a developer carrier and preventing developer deterioration resulting from excessive supply of developer to the developer carrier. SOLUTION: A vibrator 80 is driven so that a vibrating plate 81 generates a vibrating wave that propagates toward a developing sleeve while vibrating up and down so as to carry toner on or near the vibrating plate 81 toward the developing sleeve. |
